Your Mastercard provides you with many advantages – including a new safety standard for online purchases: 3D Secure

3D Secure is an authentication procedure for your Gallinat-Bank Mastercard. It offers an additional measure of protection against unauthorized use of your credit cards, so that you can make purchases online without worry. This service is of course free of charge and not binding.

But for your own security we recommend: Register today!

Because many online shops have by now ceased to allow any payments without 3D Secure.

And this is how 3D secure works!

On our website or in the process of an online purchase you can register for the use of your individual 3D Secure code. The registration form will require you to enter your credit card number, the card’s expiry date, your date of birth and the last four digits of your account number. After this you choose your security code and your personal welcome message. The participating dealer will then prompt you to enter your personal MasterCard Secure Code before the purchase is completed. If all data match, the payment is authorised.

Should you ever forget your individual security code, you will have to register again.
